When you send your files, please provide us with as many mix notes as possible regarding production, mixing effects, and reference links to songs you'd like the mix to emulate.

We require WAV or AIFF files (44.1, 48, 88.2, or 96KHz).
These should be bounced from bar one and all be the same length and sample rate.

Our engineers work in Pro Tools HD, so please ensure you bounce the multitrack to audio with all the audio files starting in the same place for synchronization.

We typically utilize a "Hybrid" mix setup. This involves organizing your session and routing stems to our analog console for monitoring. Here, we can apply features such as a master bus compressor or route the master fader to a real tape machine, adding a level of punch to your song(s) unattainable solely within a computer.

Yes, absolutely. Our studios are all equipped with Analog consoles and vintage analog outboard gear that can and will be used to mix.

We even have "Real" tape machines that we can pass the mix though for extra warmth and analog goodness.

This is one of the reasons we stand above most other online mix services. This is why our clients keep coming back and tell their friends about us.

Our remote mixing package includes up to 3 revisions.

We mix your song and send a watermarked copy for you to hear. If you have notes, you let us know and we revise according to your notes and suggestions. We send it again.

If you feel that you need more than 3 revisions (which is rare, BTW), we can negotiate an affordable hourly rate to cover the studio and engineer's time.

We will send you a balance invoice once we all agree that your song sounds fantastic and you are happy with the results. Once your balance is paid, we will send your files in both high quality WAV and MP3.

We will also send any other files that you requested after final payment: Instrumental, accapella, TV Tracks, etc. If you ask, we will do simple "Radio Edits."

Your files will be available on the server for 14 days after receiving the final payment. We recommend downloading and backing them up promptly, as they will be removed from the download server after 14 days.
