Samples

We provide a collection of audio samples of our work. The samples have been Mixed and (or) Mastered to the client's specific tastes and liking. The samples are not how every project will sound. If you hear something you don’t like, remember you have complete direction over how every aspect of your project sounds.

If the client's material is not prepared or sent correctly, it will either not be accepted, or the services will be rendered using the material provided as received.

Turnaround Time:

Mixing and Mastering: The current turnaround time to receive your completed Mix(s) / Master(s) depends on how long it takes to get revision notes back after a mix or master is sent to the client for review. Once satisfied with the Mix(s) / Master(s), the files will be packaged and delivered by e-mail as a high-quality WAV file.

  • The current turnaround time for Mixing — is 3 - 5 days.

  • The current turnaround time for Mastering is 2 - 4 days.

  • Turnaround time for Revisions — 1 - 3 days.

All orders are rendered on a first-come, first-served basis. This goes for Major and Indie artists.

All turnaround times stated on our website or by e-mail are only estimates. In any event, the turnaround time may be extended after purchase. Rush Delivery may not be available depending on the studio and engineer(s) schedule.

Revisions:

Each mixing package includes a certain amount of revisions.

  •  The revisions phase is designed to make minor adjustments to what was mentioned in the original mixing form.

  • Turnaround for revisions is 3 business days (Though they are sometimes delivered sooner depending on the studio schedule)

  • Below are the details of what IS and IS NOT included in your allowed revisions:

What is covered:

  • Adjustments to instructions mentioned on the mixing form that perhaps aren’t exactly how you envisioned them

  • You’d like the volume of an instrument and vocal adjusted.

  • You’d like effects adjusted (i.e., more reverb, less delay)

What is NOT covered:

  • It does not include adding any new instruction that was not mentioned in the original Mixing Form

  • Does not include any major editing, tuning, sound replacement(s), etc.

  • It does not include arrangement changes, such as creating drops, stop effects, and mutes unless the engineer feels it is necessary for the quality of the final product. (remember, the engineer’s name is on it as “The Mix/Mastering Engineer.)

  • New file submissions (Vocal files or instrument files) are not included unless the engineer requires a fix from your end.

You have up to 5 days from when we send your mix to request free revisions. After each revision, you have 2 days to request another free revision. After the said days, your project is considered complete, and you can no longer have the option to use any remaining free revisions. If you want a revision after completing your project, you must order a new revision using the pricing provided on the services page — Services & Pricing.

Mix & Master Approval:

Once you approve your main mix / mastered song, you can no longer change anything in the mix (without incurring additional fees), even if you still have not used up all revisions.

Radio Edits:

Some packages include a Radio Edit where the curse words are muted or reversed. You can specify if you have a preference for either of the two in your initial mixing form, but if no mention is made, the engineer will decide which is best based on the word(s). Example: Certain curse words, even when reversed, still sound the same, in which case they will be muted while all others will be reversed.

Storage:

After completing your project, the material you sent us will be deleted from our systems 14 days later. After this point, revisions, radio edits, instrumental exports, performance exports, acapella exports, and processed stem exports will no longer be available for purchase for the specific song unless you re-send your material and have the song mixed and (or) mastered again.

Sales and Discounts:

We sometimes offer discounts and sales for our services. These sales are only available for a limited time. When a client orders a service during the sale, the client understands that the sale is final, meaning no refunds or credit will be honored, even if the work has not yet been completed. The client also understands there will be no set turnaround time for the order made during the sale. Rendering of orders made during a sale is done on a first-come, first-serve order. The price will not be discounted if rush delivery is available during a sale.
